Improve the equal protection mechanism for various types of business entities, supervise and correct the use of criminal means to intervene in economic disputes, illegal seizure, detention and freezing of property, especially illegal law enforcement in other places and profit-seeking law enforcement and judicial issues in accordance with the law. Improve the procuratorial work mechanism of the Supreme People's Procuratorate stationed in the China Securities Regulatory Commission, and strengthen the connection and cooperation between financial supervision, law enforcement and justice.
