PANews reported on March 5 that according to Protos, the settlement of Terraform Labs founder Do Kwon's court case has been delayed by a month because the US government claimed that the defense team needed more time to review an additional 4TB of evidence. The status conference originally scheduled for March 10 (where lawyers on both sides discuss the current progress of the case and possible solutions) has been postponed. Based on a written request submitted by the US government, the New York District Court postponed the meeting yesterday to April 10. The court agreed to the US request and said it would postpone the meeting "so that the defense can review a large amount of evidence."
The U.S. government claimed to have submitted 600GB of evidence to the defense on February 27, including Do Kwon’s cell phone data, emails, and cryptocurrency transaction records. In addition, the government stated that it “expects to provide an additional 4TB of evidence to the defense by the end of next week.” The court order postponing the meeting noted that the final trial “is still scheduled for January 26, 2026.”
