2. Financing program for small and medium-sized enterprises in Argentina, KIP was invited to help manage the project

3. KIP did not participate in token issuance

4. KIP does not profit from the token issuance in any way

5. KIP has no prior or ongoing relationship with President Javier Milei

KIP said it will continue to work with all relevant authorities to resolve any misunderstandings and is prepared to take necessary legal steps to protect its reputation from further unfounded accusations.
