PANews reported on February 12 that according to CoinDesk, the crypto exchange Coinbase (COIN) will announce its fourth-quarter 2024 results after the close of trading on Thursday, U.S. time. Wall Street analysts expect Coinbase's earnings in the fourth quarter of 2024 to increase significantly from the previous three months. According to FactSet data, Coinbase's revenue in the fourth quarter is expected to be US$1.8 billion, up from US$1.26 billion in the third quarter. Earnings per share are expected to rise from US$0.41 to US$1.99. Analysts expect Coinbase's trading volume in the last three months of the year to increase to US$195.9 billion from US$185.3 billion in the third quarter. This figure would be the strongest quarterly performance since the fourth quarter of 2021.
