World Liberty Financial co-founder X’s account was hacked to promote fake Barron Trump meme coin

PANews reported on February 13 that according to The Block, the X account of Zach Witkoff, co-founder of the Trump-related crypto project World Liberty Financial, was hacked on Wednesday. The attacker promoted a meme coin related to Barron Trump on social media and claimed that "Trump is about to confirm the news."

World Liberty Financial later confirmed that Witkoff's account had been hacked and urged users not to participate in the fake project. Previously, on January 23, Trump's daughter Ivanka Trump also warned users that a meme coin project without her authorization used her image to defraud investors.
