Judge rules Google is not anti-competitive, Alphabet plans to appeal

PANews reported on April 18 that the SEC documents showed that in the Alphabet case, the judge ruled that the Department of Justice failed to prove that Google's advertising tools and acquisitions were anti-competitive. Google's parent company Alphabet plans to appeal the unfavorable part of the SEC's ruling.
