PANews reported on February 17th that Mike Selig, Chairman of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), stated in an interview with Fox News that the cryptocurrency market structure bill is "about to" be signed into law. Selig added, "We want to ensure that the legal framework for cryptocurrencies is adaptable to future developments. We cannot allow a second Gary Gensler to come in and destroy everything. We will definitely get this bill passed."
