PANews reported on March 25 that COSCO Shipping Lines announced the resumption of new bookings (general container) from the Far East to the Middle East for the following countries: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, and Iraq. The company stated that due to the volatile situation in the Middle East, the arrangements for these new bookings and actual shipments may be subject to change.
