PANews reported on April 14 that U.S. Treasury Secretary Bessant stated that the Federal Reserve can observe the situation for a period of time before cutting interest rates; the key point is that they actually need to cut rates. We have already implemented the 10% tariff stipulated in Section 122; the president has not yet decided to raise that tariff rate to 15%.
