U.S. law firm Bernstein Liebhard has filed a class-action lawsuit against Gemini, alleging misrepresentation of information during its IPO.

PANews reported on April 16 that, according to Globenewswire, the U.S. law firm Bernstein Liebhard announced that it has filed a securities fraud class-action lawsuit on behalf of investors against Nasdaq-listed cryptocurrency exchange Gemini Space Station. The lawsuit alleges that Gemini made false statements about its business operations and prospects in its prospectus and related disclosures, particularly exaggerating the viability of its core crypto platform business. Investors wishing to serve as lead plaintiffs must submit their applications by May 18, 2026.

Bernstein Liebhard is a well-known investor relations law firm that has filed class-action lawsuits against companies such as Ruhnn (the first listed influencer e-commerce company), Apple, and AsiaInfo.
