MicroBit and HashKey, together with several industry OGs, donated a Satoshi Nakamoto statue in Hong Kong.

PANews reported on April 20 that MicroBit, HashKey, and several early OGs in the industry jointly donated a "Satoshi Nakamoto statue" to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region to express their gratitude for Hong Kong's friendly regulatory environment and to support its brand image as the "Web3 Capital".

The original sculpture, created by Italian artist Valentina Picozzi, has already been erected in Lugano, Switzerland (2024), Tokyo, Japan (2025), and New York, USA (2025). The Hong Kong version donated this time is made of 304 stainless steel and weathering steel, with a volume of approximately one cubic meter. The base is engraved with "To Hong Kong — In Math We Trust" and donation information. In its design, the sculpture is viewed from the side as a figure in deep contemplation, with a notebook resting on its lap. When viewed directly, it is almost invisible, symbolizing Satoshi Nakamoto's dedication to decentralization, allowing the community to continue his legacy after his retirement.
