Revolut Western Europe CEO: Hoping to obtain licenses in France and the United States this year.

PANews reported on April 23 that, according to Reuters, Béatrice Cossa-Dumurgier, CEO of crypto-friendly fintech company Revolut Western Europe, stated that Revolut hopes to obtain licenses in France and the United States this year, key markets for its accelerated growth. Revolut has committed $1.1 billion to expansion in France and recently signed a 10-year office lease near the Paris Stock Exchange. Obtaining French regulatory approval will allow Revolut to offer mortgage loans and regulated savings products such as Livret A in France. Cossa-Dumurgier stated that discussions with the French Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) regarding the license have entered an "advanced stage."
