PANews reported on April 30th that, according to PeckShield , Wasabi Protocol has allegedly suffered a breach of its administrator private key, resulting in the theft of approximately $ 5.5 million in assets across multiple blockchains including ETH , Base , Blast , and Bera . On-chain data shows that the attacker added a malicious address as a contract administrator through a single transaction. Wasabi Protocol previously stated on social media that it was aware of the issue, was investigating, and advised users to avoid interacting with its contracts at this time, promising further updates later.
