PANews reported on May 1 that, according to Bybit data, spot gold briefly rose by nearly $20, while WTI and Brent crude oil fell by more than $1, to $104.59 and $108.9 per barrel, respectively.
Both WTI and Brent crude oil prices fell in the short term, while spot gold rose by nearly $20 at one point.
