Binance may lose its eligibility to provide services to EU customers, as its Greek license application is reportedly to be rejected.

PANews reported on June 16 that, according to two sources familiar with the matter, Binance's plan to apply for a Crypto Asset Service Provider (CASP) license in Greece is expected to be rejected by regulators. If the report is true, Binance may face the risk of failing to obtain key access qualifications under the EU's Crypto Asset Markets Regulation (MiCA) framework, thereby affecting its ability to continue providing some services to EU customers.
