PANews, June 20 – According to a Globenewswire report, Blockchain Digital Infrastructure, a U.S.-listed digital infrastructure developer and operator, announced it has raised an additional $8.25 million through a public offering of common stock. Investors purchased an additional 4,999,999 common shares at a public offering price of $1.65 per share. The new funds are intended to support its AI hosting and high-performance computing workload businesses.
