PANews, June 22 – Citing a report from Iran’s Tasnim News Agency via Jinshi, a spokesperson for Iran’s Foreign Ministry stated that the work of the negotiating delegation has concluded, but the technical teams will continue their work. The Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson said that mediators from Qatar and Pakistan will issue a text containing general points, and this document will be formally submitted as the outcome document of the agreement reached during the 18-hour negotiations. Regarding the safe passage of vessels through the Strait of Hormuz, an agreement has been reached on the relevant mechanism arrangements. Discussions have been held on the preparatory work needed to launch final agreement negotiations. Iran and the United States discussed issues including oil sales licenses and the unfreezing of Iranian assets, and good progress was made.
