PANews, June 22 – According to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, SpaceX has launched its first high-rated U.S. dollar bond issuance, offering senior unsecured notes to qualified institutional buyers and non-U.S. investors. The company stated that the net proceeds from the offering will primarily be used to repay existing outstanding borrowings, further optimizing its capital structure and enhancing liquidity.
