PANews, June 24 – According to Finance Feeds, U.S. fast-food chain Steak 'n Shake reported that since accepting Bitcoin payments in May 2025, its payment processing fees have dropped by approximately 50% compared to traditional credit card payments. Company executives noted that this is not only a brand marketing innovation but also directly reduces payment costs in high-frequency, low-value dining scenarios. Steak 'n Shake previously cited data suggesting that if all credit card users switched to Bitcoin payments, the company could save about $6 million annually.
