PANews reported on January 12 that Apple (AAPL.O) will partner with Google to provide AI support for product features, such as Siri, launching later this year. According to CNBC, a statement indicates that this multi-year partnership will leverage Google's Gemini platform and cloud technology to power Apple's future foundational models. Apple stated, "After careful evaluation, we believe Google's technology provides the strongest foundation for Apple's foundational models, and we are excited about the innovative experiences it will bring to users."
