ZachXBT: Ripple co-founder still holds 2.7 billion XRP, about $7.18 billion

PANews reported on March 3 that crypto detective ZachXBT pointed out that the XRP addresses associated with Ripple co-founder Chris Larsen still hold more than 2.7 billion XRP (about $7.18 billion). Some of these addresses transferred more than $109 million worth of XRP to exchanges in January 2025.

ZachXBT also listed these addresses and mentioned that some of them had not been traded for 6 to 7 years, and it is possible that Chris Larsen lost access or the funds were transferred to others in February 2013. In addition, he mentioned that Chris Larsen was hacked last year and lost up to $112 million.
