PANews 6月17日消息，最高人民法院今日举行新闻发布会，正式发布《人民法院在线诉讼规则》。最高法院副院长李少平表示，最高法在深入研究区块链技术特点，全面总结相关司法实践规则基础上，确认了区块链存储数据上链后推定未经篡改的效力，明确了区块链存证的真实性审查标准，以及上链前数据的审查规则。“系统解决了区块链存证的真实性认定问题，既充分肯定区块链的技术优势，鼓励采取区块链技术解决“存证难”“认证难”的问题，又有序规范区块链存证行业的发展，防止过度夸大区块链存证效力，严格审查标准，科学划定区块链存证的法律边界。”
