PANews reported on October 27th that spot gold prices extended their short-term decline, falling below $4,030/oz, down over 2% on the day. New York gold futures dipped to $4,050/oz, down 2.15% on the day. Spot silver fell 1.8% to $47.66/oz, while New York silver futures dropped over 2.00% to $47.61/oz.
