PANews reported on November 18 that, according to Onchain Lens, after the LIBRA team withdrew $3.94 million USDC from the liquidity pool, two wallets used the funds to purchase a total of 456,401 SOL, costing approximately $61.59 million, with an average purchase price of $135.
