欧科云链研究院首席研究员李炼炫在接受记者采访时表示，美国SEC在此之前多次拒绝了比特币ETF的申请，主要顾虑是其无法“防止欺诈和操纵行为”以及“保护投资者和公众利益”。到2021年的今天，市场情况发生了一些变化。李炼炫进一步分析表示，目前芝加哥商品交易所（CME）的比特币期货合约市场规模已经足够大。相较于几年前，比特币市场更为成熟，所以在当前条件下，申请比特币ETF通过的几率会更大一些。李炼炫分析称，比特币ETF申请的成功，将为比特币市场打开一个合规的资金进入通道，这无疑将进一步强化市场对比特币的信心，增加比特币在社会和公众中的普及。在这种示范效应下，ETH、BCH等加密货币的ETF申请也将提上日程。但李炼炫也表示，并不认为比特币ETF申请的成功一定会导致比特币价格上涨。在部分市场分析人士看来，比特币ETF申请成功后，传统金融市场上的海量资金将涌向比特币市场，在乐观情绪下带动比特币价格的上涨。关键问题在于，拥有合规的资金进入通道并不意味着投资者一定会进入。（华夏时报）
