PANews reported on December 29 that, according to filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Intel (INTC.O) sold 214.8 million shares to Nvidia (NVDA.O) for $5 billion.

Intel (INTC.O) stated that the issuance and sale were conducted pursuant to the securities purchase agreement signed on September 15, 2023.
