PANews 8月7日消息，据金十报道，日本央行副行长内田真一表示，如果金融市场不稳定，日本央行不会提高政策利率。这是内田在日本股市历史性崩盘后的首次公开讲话中表示，近期市场走势“极不稳定”，央行需要暂时保持宽松的货币政策。内田指出，当局需要监测市场走势对物价和整体经济的任何潜在影响，日本利率的走势可能会根据这种影响而变化。内田真一发表这番言论之后，日元跌幅快速扩大至2%，日经225指数及东证指数反弹超3%。
