Hunan Anhua: EDA project is suspected of pyramid selling, and its funds mainly rely on suspicious virtual currency trading platforms to collect payments

PANews reported on December 13 that according to the public account released by Anhua, the EDA project that appeared in the city has aroused great concern. After investigation, it is found that there are major financial risks. Please be vigilant to the general public. It is reported that the EDA project claims to be launched by Hong Kong EDA Group Holdings Co., Ltd. The project is in the name of the traffic heat promotion business of so-called "cross-border e-commerce and logistics companies" and other units. Members pay the entry amount to purchase heat traffic to become "new recruits". The heat traffic value is equivalent to the RMB value. The project currently relies mainly on overseas or uncertain virtual currency trading platforms for payment. The platform funds are unstable and difficult to regulate. Once illegal activities such as financial fraud and money laundering occur, it is difficult for the masses to protect their rights.

After analysis, the EDA project's payment channels, operating model and reward system are suspected of being pyramid schemes, and there are major financial risks. Relevant departments will continue to pay close attention and resolutely take effective measures to crack down on such illegal activities.
