Board members include Hans Thomas, Russell Read, Tony McDonald, Carly Howard, and Nick Etten. Tierney previously worked at Nasdaq Private Market, SecondMarket (now Digital Currency Group), NYSE, Skadden, and SEC, and was involved in the GBTC listing and the advancement of Bitcoin over-the-counter (OTC) compliance.
