PANews reported on January 5th that, according to PR Newswire, Nasdaq-listed Ethereum treasury company BitMine disclosed that as of January 4th, 2026, BitMine had a total of 659,219 ETH staked (worth $2.1 billion at $3,196 per ETH). This is an increase of 250,592 ETH from the previous week. This represents only a small fraction of the 4.11 million ETH held by BitMine.
