A certain whale/institution is suspected of withdrawing $46.72 million worth of LINK tokens from Binance in the past 9 days.

PANews reported on October 27 that according to monitoring by on-chain analyst Ember, after the 0xbBF address withdrew 1.619 million LINK (US$28.39 million) from Binance, a newly created wallet withdrew 998,000 LINK (US$18.33 million) from Binance in the past day.

These two wallets (probably belonging to the same whale/institution) have withdrawn a total of 2.617 million LINK (US$46.72 million) from Binance in the past 9 days, with an average price of US$17.8.
