According to PANews on April 14, according to lookonchain monitoring, a mysterious whale/institution has accumulated 15,953 ETH (worth US$26.16 million).

Five hours ago, six wallets (most likely belonging to the same whale) withdrew 15,953 ETH (worth $26.16 million) from OKX and deposited it into Aave. Subsequently, they borrowed 15.4 million Tether (USDT) from Aave and deposited it into OKX.
