JPMorgan Chase no longer predicts that the Federal Reserve will cut interest rates in 2026.

PANews reported on January 12 that, according to Jinshi, JPMorgan Chase no longer expects the Federal Reserve to cut interest rates in 2026. Previously, it had anticipated a 25 basis point rate cut in January. JPMorgan Chase now expects the Federal Reserve to raise interest rates by 25 basis points in the third quarter of 2027.
