The probability of the Federal Reserve keeping interest rates unchanged in January is 86.7%.

PANews reported on December 24th that, according to CME's "FedWatch," the probability of the Federal Reserve cutting interest rates by 25 basis points in January is 13.3%, while the probability of keeping rates unchanged is 86.7%. By March of next year, the probability of a cumulative 25 basis point rate cut is 40.7%, the probability of keeping rates unchanged is 54.4%, and the probability of a cumulative 50 basis point rate cut is 5.0%.
