Paul Atkins stated that the U.S. Congress passed and the President signed the GENIUS Act at the end of last year. This is the first time the U.S. government has formally recognized crypto assets through legislation, and it also provides a clear regulatory framework for stablecoins.

He pointed out that Congress is now advancing new bipartisan cooperation with the goal of further clarifying the market structure rules for cryptocurrencies. This process aligns with the government's policy direction of "making the United States the global crypto capital."

Atkins emphasized that as long as legislation is clear and rules are well-defined, the market can gain certainty. He is optimistic that the relevant legislation will continue to advance this year and be submitted to the president for signature, believing that this will bring substantial help to the crypto market and its investors.
