PANews reported on May 13 that YZi Labs announced the investment terms of EASY Residency, a global incubation program for Web3, AI and other fields. It plans to invest $500,000 in each accepted startup; this investment is divided into two parts: $150,000 in the form of a Simple Agreement for Future Equity (SAFE) in exchange for 5% of the equity (and other applicable rights); and an additional investment of $350,000 in the form of an unlimited SAFE.
