Meta plans to enter the stablecoin field again and has hired former Plaid executive Ginger Baker as vice president of product

PANews reported on May 9 that according to Fortune, three years after Meta abandoned the Libra/Diem project, it is in preliminary talks with several crypto companies on the application of stablecoins, exploring cross-border payments to creators through stablecoins to reduce costs. Since January this year, former Plaid executive Ginger Baker has served as Meta's vice president of products, leading the relevant advancement.
