PANews reported on April 30 that according to Whale Alert monitoring, at 02:18 and 02:22 Beijing time this morning, Tether Treasury minted a total of 2 billion USDT through two transactions on the Ethereum network. Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino said that the newly minted USDT was a replenishment of inventory. This is an authorized but unissued transaction, which means that the amount will be used as inventory for the next issuance request and chain exchange.
