The introduction of blob space will significantly enhance scalability. These will dynamically adjust the blob limit through the consensus layer, thereby improving Ethereum's DA scalability (mainnet and L2). Pectra is the largest upgrade in terms of the included EIPs, and it represents an important step forward.
