Trump's approval rating on economy hits lowest point of presidency, poll shows

PANews reported on April 20 that on April 19 local time, according to the latest CNBC national economic survey, US President Trump's approval rating on economic issues hit a new low in his presidency due to widespread dissatisfaction with his handling of tariffs, inflation and government spending. It is reported that 49% of respondents believe that the US economy will deteriorate in the coming year. The survey found that 44% of respondents approved of Trump's handling of the situation, while 51% of respondents opposed it. On economic issues, Trump's approval rating was 43% and his opposition rating was 55%.
