Iran denies the death of Supreme Leader Khamenei; Trump says strikes will continue uninterrupted for a week or longer.

PANews reported on March 1st that, according to CCTV News cited by Cailian Press, US President Trump stated that the continuous strikes against Iran would continue for a week or even longer. Furthermore, the White House announced the suspension of all travel and photography activities, meaning that President Trump would not have any face-to-face interaction with reporters that day.

Furthermore, US President Trump declared that Iran's Supreme Leader Khamenei was "dead" and stated that US and Israeli bombing of Iran would continue. However, an Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson stated that both Supreme Leader Khamenei and President Pezechzian were "safe and sound." A source close to the Supreme Leader's office also indicated that Khamenei was "firmly and steadily in control of the situation."
