PANews reported on March 11 that a spokesperson for Iran's Hatem Anbia Central Command emphasized today (March 11) that any vessel belonging to the United States, Israel, or their partners, or carrying oil cargo, is considered a "legitimate target" for Iranian armed forces. The spokesperson stressed that Iran's previous practice of "reciprocal retaliation" has ended, and from now on, Iran will implement a "chain strike" strategy, no longer maintaining a one-on-one retaliatory approach.
