This question touches on the most hidden concerns of government and business decision-makers and technology entrepreneurs : facing the possibility of heavy regulation, a hidden shadow looms large, worrying that the lack of regulation will allow bad money to drive out good, and also doubting that excessive regulatory intervention will lead to a one-size-fits-all ban.
However, from a practical business and legal perspective, the ultimate outcome of regulation will never be a "ban," but rather a "taming" of new productive forces . Exploring OpenClaw's compliance and self-discipline is not merely a matter of mechanically applying legal provisions, but rather a discussion about how to balance technological innovation, security, and cognitive restructuring in the era of large-scale models—what are we afraid of?

Reshaping Key Interests: The Inevitable "Machine Taxation"
When Web4 gives AI independent economic creativity and asset circulation capabilities, the invisible hand of regulation has to step in to deal with "unemployment replacement" and "wealth flight," which leads to a core issue that cannot be avoided in the future: AI taxation (Robot Tax).
From a government's perspective, human employees are the foundation for paying personal income tax and social security.
