PANews reported on April 13 that Cloudflare announced the integration of OpenAI's cutting-edge models, including GPT-5.4 and Codex, into its Agent Cloud platform. Millions of enterprise customers can now directly build and deploy AI agents on Cloudflare's global edge network to automate real-world business processes such as customer response, system updates, and report generation. The platform runs on Cloudflare Workers AI and aims to provide enterprises with a low-latency, highly secure, AI-native application environment. Currently, the Codex harness is officially live in Cloudflare Sandboxes' secure virtual environment and will soon be integrated with Workers AI. OpenAI stated that this collaboration aims to simplify the deployment process for enterprise-level workloads. Currently, over 1 million enterprise customers, including Walmart, Morgan Stanley, and Accenture, are using OpenAI's services, and its API processes over 15 billion tokens per minute.
Cloudflare and OpenAI have partnered to launch Agent Cloud, supporting the deployment of enterprise-grade AI agents using GPT-5.4.
