PANews reported on April 23 that Solana co-founder Toly posted on the X platform, calling for a "return to open-source, immutable software" and stating that he is more confident than ever in removing administrator keys. He deployed an immutable binary program called percolator, with approximately 5 SOL tokens stored in the insurance vault. All administrator keys have been destroyed, and he cannot make any modifications to the market or the program. The program is purely a risk engine and cannot trade or provide quotes on its own. Toly is offering a bounty of 5 SOL tokens, encouraging anyone who attempts to hack or manipulate the engine, and stating that if successful (especially through AI), he will do his best to help them obtain a job or angel investment.
