Trump said he might need to break the Iran ceasefire agreement.

PANews reported on May 1st that, according to Jinshi News, US President Trump commented on the status of negotiations with Iran, but refused to rule out the possibility of continued hostilities. When asked by reporters whether he was "eager to break the ceasefire agreement," Trump stated that negotiations with Iran were problematic due to Tehran's "stubbornness" because "nobody knows who their leader is." Returning to the initial question, he concluded, "I don't know if we need to do that"; but added at the end, "We might indeed need to." Trump also called blocking the Strait of Hormuz "unthinkable" and claimed that Washington had "destroyed" Iran's nuclear capabilities.
