Blockchain Digital Infrastructure plans to raise $55 million through a public offering.

PANews reported on June 6 that, according to Globenewswire, Blockchain Digital Infrastructure, a US-listed digital infrastructure developer and operator, announced its plan to issue 33,333,334 ordinary shares at $1.65 per share, raising a total of approximately $55 million. The funds will be used to support its construction of AI-hosted and high-performance computing digital infrastructure, capital expenditures, and general corporate purposes to support business growth.
