The National Data Administration released an action plan for the construction of high-quality industry datasets.

PANews reported on June 8 that the National Data Administration issued the "Implementation Plan for Promoting the Construction of High-Quality Datasets in Industries," proposing to build a number of high-quality datasets covering key areas and validated by application by the end of 2028, and to create industry benchmark scenarios and data enterprises. The plan deploys six special actions focusing on supply, annotation, quality and efficiency, application, management, and value release. It prioritizes support for industries such as industrial manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, and transportation, as well as emerging fields such as low-altitude economy, embodied intelligence, and autonomous driving. The plan promotes the integration and utilization of public and industry data, explores dataset trading, data assetization, and a token-based value system, and cultivates a market consensus of "paying for high-quality data."
