Saudi Kingdom Holding Company's SpaceX shares have a fair value of $6.83 billion.

PANews reported on June 14th that, according to Cailian Press, Kingdom Holding Company (KHC) announced that SpaceX completed its initial public offering (IPO) on Nasdaq on June 12th, with an offering price of $135 per share and a closing price of $160.95 on the first day of trading. As of March 31, 2026, KHC will hold 42,408,860 Class A ordinary shares of SpaceX, with a book value of approximately $4.47 billion; based on the closing price on June 12th, the fair value of this holding is approximately $6.83 billion. Under the IPO terms, KHC's shares will be subject to a lock-up period of up to 180 days, but partial unlocking is possible upon meeting specific conditions such as SpaceX's financial reporting and stock price performance.
