Salesforce plans to acquire AI customer service company Fin for $3.6 billion to strengthen its enterprise-level agent products.

PANews reported on June 15th that, according to Bloomberg, Salesforce has agreed to acquire Fin, the developer of AI customer agents, for approximately $3.6 billion to enhance its enterprise AI product line. Fin's core product, AI Agent, can handle customer inquiries via chat, email, WhatsApp, SMS, phone, and Slack, complementing Salesforce's proprietary AI agent tool, Agentforce.
